FUSRAP/HTRW Laboratory, Verification and Environmental Services - St. Louis District   4

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, is seeking businesses that are interested in and capable of performing hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste (HTRW) remediation services and more specifically, Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) verification and laboratory analysis services. The announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or make a contract award. USACE is not responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought.

Work Details
The contract involves hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste (HTRW) remediation services, Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) verification, and laboratory analysis services at various locations including St. Louis Downtown Site (SLDS), St. Louis Airport Site (SLAPS) Vicinity Properties (VPSs), Hiss/Latty Avenue Properties, and the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP). Interested businesses are required to submit a capability statement indicating experience and qualifications for hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste remediation services as well as Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program verification and laboratory analysis services performed as the Prime Contractor. Additionally, they need to provide experience in management of Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contracts.

The anticipated work locations include St. Louis Downtown Site (SLDS), St. Louis Airport Site (SLAPS) Vicinity Properties (VPSs), Hiss/Latty Avenue Properties, and the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP).
