Furniture Removal and Disposal Services for the Romano Mazzoli Federal Building At USACE Louisville District Offices   2

Background
The contract is issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the purpose of providing Furniture Removal and Disposal Services at the Romano Mazzoli Federal Building located in Louisville, Kentucky.

The mission of this contract is to ensure the efficient and responsible removal of office-related furniture while adhering to environmental standards and regulations. The goal is to facilitate a clean and orderly transition within the building by removing designated items without causing damage to the premises.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, and consumables required to remove designated items from the Romano Mazzoli Federal Building (RMFB). Responsibilities include dismantling and removing various types of office furniture such as cubicles, desks (executive, workstations, reception), chairs (task, conference, lounge), tables (conference, breakroom), modular units, file cabinets, and shelving units from specified rooms.

The Contractor must ensure that all work areas are left in a broom-swept condition upon completion. Precautions must be taken to minimize damage to the building during removal. All debris, tools, and equipment used during the process must be thoroughly cleaned from work areas. Items removed must be disposed of or donated responsibly; selling or profiting from any items removed is strictly prohibited. The Contractor is also required to track and report all furniture removed, providing an accurate accounting of the amount and type of furniture disposed of, repurposed, or recycled.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will span from November 18, 2025 onwards as specified in the Statement of Work.
