Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract activity under the same MICC Fort Drum furniture moving BPA structure, with multiple prior BPA master agreements listed for the 05/01/26–04/30/31 period. Prior awards include T J Painting & Contracting (W911S226AA013), JJ Contracting (W911S226AA012), and RRB (W911S226AA014), each with a BPA master dollar limit of $450,000 and a BPA call limit of $350,000. The prior work appears to align closely with the current requirement to move, install, assemble, and disassemble furniture and related office household items within Fort Drum and the surrounding 100-mile area, suggesting continuity in scope under the same NAICS moving services framework.
