Background
The Furniture Moving IDIQ contract is issued by the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort McCoy, WI. The mission of this contract is to provide non-personal services for furniture movement, which includes relocation and installation tasks to support the operations at Fort McCoy. The goal is to ensure efficient management and movement of furniture and related items within the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive furniture movement services, including but not limited to: movement and relocation, installation, assembly, disassembly, packing, palletizing, shrink wrapping, banding, unpacking, transporting, accountability, adjustments and repairs to designated furniture and property book items. This includes office panel systems, shelving units, bulletin boards, whiteboards, mop closet hangers, coat racks, and other miscellaneous items. Disposal of items will also be managed as determined by the government.

The contractor must adhere to provided space plans for any task orders issued. All personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation tools, materials and supervision necessary for these services must be provided by the contractor except for government-furnished property specified in the contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is one base year of 12 months with four additional option years of 12 months each. There is also an option to extend services for up to 6 months beyond the initial term.

The work will be performed at various buildings on Fort McCoy, WI.
