Description

Removal of furntiure from courtroom and jury room, to include but not limited to (site visit encouraged), counsel tables, jury seating, Judge's bench, pews, other seating, conference room table, conference seating, and file cabinets. Please see attached RFQ for full details.

Background
The United States District Court – District of New Jersey is seeking qualified vendors for the internal move of courtroom furniture and various other pieces of furniture, including the jury room conference table, chairs, and filing cabinets at the Mitchell H. Cohen Building & U.S. Courthouse, 4th & Cooper St., Camden, NJ 08101.

Work Details
Phase 1: Contractor will remove all furniture from the courtroom and jury room and stage it in the hallway space.
Phase 2: Once the carpet and paint projects are complete, the contractor will move all furniture back to its original spot in the courtroom and jury room.

Phase 1: Date TBD, Phase 2: Date TBD – dependent on carpet/paint schedule
