Furniture for Atlanta Regional Office Expansion Project

Background
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive services for the furnishing and installation of modular office furniture at its Atlanta Regional Office.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of necessary office furnishings and related services to support the FDIC's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, materials, services (including design services), equipment, and storage associated with the following:
- Furnishing modular office furniture, systems furniture, support space furnishings, and training furniture.
- Disassemble/assemble and installation services necessary to meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
Additionally, FDIC requires a solution to convert existing Herman Miller 48 square foot workstations into 64 square foot workstations.
Specifically, there are approximately 41 workstations classified as 'WS.03 – Workstation Telework 48sf' and 4 workstations classified as 'WS.01 – Workstation 48sf'.
The requirement includes building approximately 6 workstations at the 64sf size from the existing 48sf workstations.
