Furniture, Fixtures, Appliances, and Equipment (FFAE) For Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) (Master IDIQ)

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Department of Homeland Security for a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract aimed at providing Furniture, Fixtures, Appliances, and Equipment (FFAE) for Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs).

Work Details
The contractor will provide various FFAE items on an IDIQ basis as specified in the Statement of Work.

The contract includes five 1-year ordering periods with a maximum aggregate value not exceeding $9,987,765.00 across all ordering periods. The types of delivery orders may include Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) orders. Specific requirements include:
- Delivery Orders issued against this contract will be placed using procedures outlined in Section G.
- The contractor must guarantee a minimum order of five rolling showers during the contract term.
- Pricing for FFP delivery orders will be based on quantities multiplied by proposed prices through UNISON or negotiated lower prices.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to designated locations as specified in the Statement of Work and Attachment 1.
