Full Service Maintenance and Repair of Beckman Coulter, Inc., Laboratory Equipment Systems   3

Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) conducts the world's largest biomedical research program and uses a variety of critical equipment systems/instruments manufactured by Beckman Coulter, Inc. The goal of this contract is to acquire services that ensure that NIH-owned Beckman Coulter equipment systems/instruments remain operational and perform to their original equipment manufacturers (OEM) appropriate operational specifications.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide full-service maintenance, including routine preventive maintenance and emergency repair to ensure the capability and availability of the Beckman Coulter instruments identified. The types of work include full-service maintenance with three types offered: Prevention Plus Support Agreement, Total Support Agreement, and Protective Support Agreement. The contract coverage includes only instruments identified herein. The contractor shall perform the work required at the NIH Bethesda, MD campus and other NIH facilities within a 75-mile radius of the Bethesda, MD campus.
