Full Scale Aerial Targets QF-16 Production Lot 6 Materials, Warranty, & Support

The Air Force Material Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Armament Directorate, Test and Training Division, Aerial Targets Branch awarded a Firm-Fixed Price letter contract for QF-16 Production Lot 6 Block 25 and Block 30 Unique Material for Drone Peculiar Equipment Package, Program Integration Support, Production Line Support Material and Warranty for Drone Peculiar Equipment Lay-In Material.

The QF-16 Full-Scale Aerial Target (FSAT) is an Acquisition Category (ACAT) II program assigned to the Air Force Program Executive Officer for Weapons (AFPEO/WP). The QF-16 satisfies Title 10 lethality testing/threat realism testing. The follow-on production of QF-16 FSATs is required to provide adequate fourth generation threat representative targets to meet current and projected HQ AF/TE-sponsored kill authorizations as outlined in AFI 99-108.

This contract action was not awarded competitively. In accordance with FAR 6.305, the Sole Source Justification document has been uploaded and made publicly available.
