The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), has a need for Full Maintenance, Operation and Maintenance, and Grounds Maintenance services for federal facilities in Houston, Beaumont, and Galveston, TX. The Full Maintenance services includes operation & maintenance, custodial and ground maintenance services. Under this contract, the contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, equipment and subcontractors necessary to provide the required services.
