Please ensure to attach (contractor) signed Amendment(s) to your final quotation. ------------------------------------- GSA objective of this acquisition is to award one (1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Facilities - Facilities Maintenance and Repair, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3, for the services described herein. This requirement is a total small business set-aside, with a NAICS code of 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $41.5 million. The lead GSA Special Identification Number (SIN) 561210FAC (MAS Facilities Maintenance and Repair) (primary NAICS 561210) will be utilized to procure this need. Award is expected to be made 2/01/2023. It is anticipated that Transition Phase Services (Ref. C.7.2.1) will begin 3/01/2023 and services will begin on 5/01/2023. It is anticipated that the duration of the BPA will be a twelve (12) month base period with nine (9) one-year options, with the possibility of an extension of performance up to an additional six (6) months, in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
