Background
This solicitation is for follow-on Full Food Services at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) in Panama City, Florida. The contract is set aside 100% for SBA Small Businesses and adheres to the Randolph Sheppard Act. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive food service support at the Seashore Dining Facility, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Full Food Service Support at the Seashore Dining Facility, Naval Support Activity, Panama City, FL. This includes all personnel, supervision, and necessary items and services to perform full food services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. Cleaning and Housekeeping Plan: Develop a plan that incorporates NAVMED P-5010-1 requirements, detailing cleaning schedules for all areas including serving lines, dining rooms, restrooms, kitchens, etc.

2. Quality Control Plan: Describe self-monitoring methods and performance measurement metrics to ensure compliance with PWS.

3. Training Plan: Address annual OSHA training, sanitation training, and certification processes for food service equipment operation.

4. Project Manager: Provide a resume for the Project Manager as required by PWS paragraph 1.2.3.

5. Compliance with applicable publications and directives throughout the contract duration.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months with options for additional periods as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Seashore Dining Facility located at Naval Support Activity Panama City, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018.
