Description

The Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon is conducting market research to identify parties that are interested in and have the resources to provide support for the Fort Gordon Full Food Service (FFS) requirement. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

Background
The Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Gordon is conducting market research to identify parties interested in providing support for the Full Food Service (FFS) requirement. The goal is to ensure quality food service support for the installation's food service program, which directly supports the Warfighter.

The Government will not supervise or control the contract service providers, who will be accountable solely to the Contractor.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive Full Food Services at designated Dining Facilities at Fort Gordon, Georgia. This includes:
1. Dining Facility Management functions;
2. Food receiving and storage;
3. Food preparation;
4. Food serving;
5. Field feeding;
6. Facility sanitation duties.

The Contractor is responsible for all supervision, labor, personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the full operation of FFS, except for Government Furnished Property (GFP). Performance criteria and responsibilities are outlined under Contractor obligations.
