Full Food Services for Presidio of Monterey, Fort Hunter Liggett, and Camp Parks, CA J&A

Background
The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort McCoy is seeking to fulfill a mission-critical need for Full Food Services at the Presidio of Monterey (POM), Fort Hunter Liggett (FHL), and Camp Parks (CP) in California.

The original intent was to award a follow-on contract for these services prior to the end of February 2026, but delays have occurred due to the Army's development of the Dining Excellence Initiative (DINEX). This initiative aims to enhance food service operations and align with the Department of War's Acquisition Transformation Strategy by prioritizing innovative solutions over traditional models.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform operational services of Army dining facilities (DFACs) at POM/FHL/CP.

This includes tasks such as receiving, storing, preparing, requisitioning, and serving food. The contract will utilize Fiscal Year 2026 Operation and Maintenance funds and is structured as a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The total value of the contract is $24 million, with an initial ordering period from February 28, 2026, to February 27, 2027.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be awarded no later than the end of February 2026 and will cover a period from February 28, 2026, to February 27, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Presidio of Monterey, Fort Hunter Liggett, and Camp Parks in California.
