Full Food Service

This announcement serves as a sources sought notice issued by the 87th Contracting Squadron for the purpose of market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a request for quotations. For the purpose of this notice, the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 722310, Food Service Contractors and the size standard is $38,500,000.00.

This effort is to identify qualified sources capable of providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all other items, unless specified as government furnished, to provide four (4) months of full food service to seven (7) dining facilities on the Fort Dix area of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ. Contractor tasks include but are not limited to: dining facility management; menu planning, food preparation; serving and replenishing food; order, receipt and storage of subsistence items; cleaning of dining facilities, equipment operation, headcount, cashier duties, remote food service, inventories of subsistence, grounds maintenance of Government property and quality control. The government is particularly interested in maximizing participation from Small Businesses. Interested vendors are asked to furnish capability statement no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on 19 May 2015. Please include company name, address, telephone number, point of contact with an email address, business size, DUNS number, federal CAGE code, general description of company, how long the company has been in business and a description of similar contracts with the government and/or commercial customers (include points of contact, contract numbers, value and contract type).

Interested vendors are requested to submit responses to this announcement via email by 12:00 p.m. EST on 19 May 2015. Paper copies of this announcement will not be provided.
