Full Food Service for JBSA Lackland TX   2

This notice is to inform potential sources of an upcoming solicitation which will be posted on or about 15 August 2016 with the final performance work statement and additional attachments. Acquisition will be set aside 100% for small business concerns with the inclusion of the state licensing agency under the Randolph-Sheppard Act (RSA).
The requirement is for Full Food Service Operations for JBSA Lackland, Lackland Training Annex and Camp Bullis, TX. Contractor will provide food services for 13 dining facilities, one flight kitchen and two warehouses in accordance with the attached DRAFT PWS. Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to: dining facility management, cooking, food requisition and preparation, serving and replenishing food, cleaning facilities, maintaining food service and computer property (hardware maintenance), and preparing vegetables and fruits for the salad bar. Contractor tasks also include bussing tables, performing cashier services, maintaining quality control, ensuring operator maintenance and repair of food service property, and in the event of contingency, performing all required tasks to include continued service. Acquisition award is subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act (RSA).
Period of Performance: Base Yr: 1 Sep 17 thru 31 Aug 18; 1st Option: 1 Sep 18 thru 31 Aug 19; 2nd Option: 1 Sep 19 thru 31 Aug 20; 3rd Option: 1 Sep 20 thru 31 Aug 21; 4th Option: 1 Sep 21 thru 31 Aug 22 with a possible 6-mth Extension of Services: 1 Sep 22 thru 28 Feb 2023.
