Background
The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is issuing a justification for a new firm-fixed price Purchase Order for Full Food Service (FFS) at two specified U.S. Army Dining Facilities on Fort Novosel, AL.

This initiative aims to provide flexible, efficient, and cost-effective food services for tenant employees, promoting a healthier and stronger Army while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The contract will utilize Operations and Maintenance funds for fiscal year 2025.

Work Details
The services required under this contract include:
- food service management functions;
- food receipt, delivery, and storage;
- food preparation;
- food serving;
- remote site feeding to support field operations;
- facility sanitation/janitorial duties.

The outcomes expected from these services are to ensure the provision of FFS that meets the Army's standards for health and quality.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance (PoP) is set from 16 June 2025 to 15 June 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at two U.S. Army Dining Facilities located on Fort Novosel, Alabama.
