Full Food and Mess Attendant Services, Meridian, MS   4

Background
The Commander Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) is requesting contract services through Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville for the procurement of full food and mess attendant services.

The services will be provided for the Roy M. Wheat Dining Facility located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian, MS. This facility provides direct subsistence support to state-supported Regional Counterdrug Training Academy (RCTA) students, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) students, and NAS military personnel, directly supporting the mission at NAS Meridian.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Full Food Service Support at the Roy M. Wheat Dining Facility, including but not limited to:

- Cleaning and housekeeping schedules for all areas such as serving lines, dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas;
- Deep cleaning tasks;
- Routine and daily cleaning tasks;
- A Quality Control Plan that describes self-monitoring and performance measurement;
- A Training Plan addressing annual OSHA training and certification processes;
- Providing a resume for the Project Manager as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Contractor must also comply with all applicable regulations and directives related to food service operations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months with options for extensions as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Roy M. Wheat Dining Facility, Naval Air Station Meridian, MS.
