This is a tw o-phase competitive bid solicitation for a firm, fixed-price contract. It w ill be aw arded using the Best Value Trade-Off process. This project w ill be a total turn-key, Design-Build (D-B) contract w ith all design and construction w ork being perf ormed by the construction Contractor. The scope of this project is to provide a w eather tight, sound mitigating building to house three (3) Government provided (contractor installed) standby generators w ith support equipment for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center (VA Medical Center) in Muskogee County, Muskogee, OK.

IAW FAR 36.204 the Magnitude of Construction Porject is betw een $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Ow ned Small Business.
