Full Facility Revitalization (FFR) of an existing Army Reserve Center (ARC) and site at Conroe, TX.

The estimated cost of this construction project is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00, in accordance with DFARS 236.204.

This a project is set-aside 100% for Small Business.
NAICS code 236220. Size determination: $39.5 Million.

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.

Central Contractor Registration and ORCA are now available through the System for Award Management (SAM), available at www.sam.gov Offerors must comply with the requirements of 52.204-7, 52.204-8, 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM.
