Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking to acquire a full enclosure incubator and hypoxia mixer to enhance their capabilities for time-lapse and live-cell imaging using the Echo Revolution Confocal microscope. This acquisition aims to improve the control of temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels in cell culture environments, which is essential for research purposes.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1. Full Enclosure Incubator (Quantity: 1 Each)
- Temperature Controller: Ambient up to 40°C
- Stage top Humidity chamber
- Input for premixed 5% CO2
- Full enclosure compatible with Echo Revolution microscope
- Fully fanless design
- See-through construction for clear view and easy sample access

2. Hypoxia Mixer (Quantity: 1 Each)
- Compatible with the Revolution/Confocal Full Enclosure Incubator
- Ability to regulate CO2 from 0 to 5% and oxygen from 0 to 20%
- Capability to connect directly to compressed CO2 gas and balance gas cylinders.

Preferred delivery date for both items is July 15, 2026, to the USDA-ARS/ACNC at 11 Children’s Way, Little Rock, AR 72202.
