Full Design-Build Construction, Exhibit Design, Content Development, Decommissioning, and Removal of a USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Japan

The project scope includes the full design, development, construction, project management, interior fit-out including exhibition design, production, fabrication, and installation, and final disposition of a USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka in Japan.

The rectangular lot space is 3,500 meters (roughly 37,600 sq ft). Within this space, the maximum height of the main structure is 12 meters, with an upper story allowed but limited to half the open floor plan area of the maximum building buildable area. The total overall building height is 17 meters. The plot is located on the Expo 2025 site in the Empowering Lives district on Yumeshima Island, a man-made island surrounded by the sea.
