Background
The Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is seeking to procure Fujifilm endoscopic video scopes for use in gastrointestinal endoscopy. This equipment will be essential for high-resolution imaging of the gastrointestinal tract to assist in diagnosing and treating various gastrointestinal conditions, including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy/sigmoidoscopy, and deep small bowel examination via double balloon enteroscopy.

Work Details
This is a Brand Name Only requirement for Fujifilm endoscopic video scopes. The procurement includes the following items:
1. EC-860P-V/L Slim Colonoscope with CMOS image sensor, 11.5mm insertion tube OD, 3.2mm working channel, 1,690mm working length.
2. EI-740D/S High-Resolution Dual Channel Video Gastroscope/Sigmoidoscope with Super CCD Image Sensor, 12.8mm flexible portion.
3. EN-840T High-Definition Video Double Balloon Enteroscope with CMOS Image Sensor, 9.4mm OD, 3.2mm working channel.
4. Initial 365-day service contract for all scopes.
5. Special handling and FOB Destination Shipping.

Period of Performance
Delivery of equipment shall be within weeks after receipt of order (ARO) for items 0001 to 0003 and within 365 days after delivery for item 0004.

VAPAHCS, 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that the equipment complies with the latest FDA and VA standards and provide certification of compliance prior to delivery. All scopes must be compatible with Fujifilm's full line of endotherapy accessories.
