Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy - FESBC will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP/Solicitation) for Contractor-Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) ancillary facilities and services for receiving storing, protecting, and shipping Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade Jet A with outbound shipments of re-graded product to F24 (Jet A with Additives). Storage requirements include shell capacity of approximately 400,000 barrels with a minimum of two tanks interconnected and isolated from other facilities and products handled within the COCO fuel facility. Dedicated facilities is required.

The period of performance is 01 May 2017 through 31 April 2021. This procurement will be full and open competition after exclusions of sources. The solicitation will be published electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
