Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is issuing this solicitation to award an unrestricted, firm-fixed price (FFP) contract aimed at providing preventive and corrective maintenance services for the Defense Logistics Agency - Energy (DLA-E).

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness of critical petroleum facilities and systems.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive maintenance services that include both preventative and corrective maintenance. This encompasses ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and laws at local and national levels.

The contractor must have experience in the repair, maintenance, and operation of federal petroleum facilities and systems. Responsibilities include obtaining necessary licenses and permits, taking safety precautions to protect workers and the public, and being liable for any damages resulting from negligence. The contractor must also manage all materials delivered and work performed until final acceptance of the entire project.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is three years, consisting of one 12-month base period followed by two 12-month option periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations as specified in the contract documents.
