Fueling Truck Rental for 6 months (approx)

Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking a contractor to provide Fueling Truck Rental services for approximately six months.
This requirement is part of NASA's mission to support its various operations, including those at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.
The contract aims to ensure that NASA has access to reliable fueling equipment that meets specific operational standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a Fueling Truck that meets the following specifications:
- Capacity: 5000 to 7000 gallons, fully baffled single compartment tank with a 20” manhole and emergency pressure/vacuum vents.
- Engine: Minimum Tier IV Final, Diesel with automatic transmission.
- Pumping System: Minimum 300 GPM pump, rated filter/separators, flow meter, underwing hose reel with rewind and shut-off valve, aviation-grade fueling hose with nozzle conforming to AS5877, and other specified capabilities.
- Additional requirements include: fire extinguisher, static grounding reel, flashing beacon, emergency shutdown features, operator's manual, and backup camera.
- The contractor must also provide maintenance support within three days of notification of breakdowns and perform periodic maintenance as required.
Delivery will be made FOB to NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center in California.
