Amendment 0002 was posted on July 5, 2018 and the purpose of Amendment 0002 was to revise Attachment V Collective Bargaining Agreement. The final version superseded all versions:

Amendment 0003 was posted on July 18, 2018 and the purpose of Amendment 0003 was to extend the closing date of the solicitation from July 18, 2018 to July 25, 2018 at 1:00 PM Fort Belvoir, VA time.

Amendment 0004 was posted on July 19, 2018 and the purpose of Amendment 0004 was to revise Attachment V Collective Bargaining Agreement for Peterson/Buckley solicitation. In accordance with 41 USC 6707(c)(1), 29 CFR 4.163, FAR 22.1008-2(b),and Wage Determination No. CBA 2018-11069, the contractor will be required to pay employees at least the wages and fringe benefits as they would have received under the 11/1/2017 collective bargaining agreement between Olgoonik and Laborers' International Union of North America. A copy of the collective bargaining agreement is was provided for reference with the wage determination, however the collective bargaining agreement itself was not incorporated into this solicitation

Amendment 0005 was posted on September 7, 2018 0005 to incorporate by reference, in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the following:

Remove the following clause from the solicitation because it is no longer in use for this solicitation: DFARS 252.222-7007 REPRESENTATION REGARDING COMBATING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (JAN 2015).

Clause 52.212-5 (which includes clause 52.204-23) is updated in the Solicitation.

2. Reopen solicitation SPE603-18-R-0519. The closing date for receipt of proposals and final proposal revisions is September 17, 2018 at 1500hrs local time (Fort Belvoir, VA).

3. The final version of Solicitation SPE603-18-R-0519 supersedes all previous versions.

4. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged
