FTW360 1 + 1 Barracks, Ft Wainwright, Alaska   6

Design and Construct a standard design Barracks for 252 soldiers. Primary facilities include living and sleeping quarters, baths, storage, service areas, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and Energy MonitoringControl Systems (EMCS) connection. Sustainability and energy enhancement measures are included. Heating will be provided by connection to the existing energy plant and air conditioning w ill be provided by self-contained system. Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards w ill be provided. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation w ill be C2 DO rated order certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor will be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation.AWARD WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL.
