Amendment No.4

USAID/Uganda received an affirmative response. This amendment 4 allows all Offerors to update their proposals. USAID will only consider updates limited to issues that arise due to amendment 3. See details in the Amendment No.4 attached to this Notice.

Amendment No.3

Dear Sir/Madam:

USAID/Uganda intends to amend the subject closed solicitation to respond to the Foreign Assistance Waiver requirements for National Defence Authorization Act (NDAA) Section 889. See details in the Amendment No.3 attached to this Notice.

Questions and Responses and Revised RFP. The discrepancies between the revised RFP section F.4 (5)(d) and the revised SOO-section 7 Objectives, have been harmonized. See changes in the SOO.

The United States Agency for International Development Mission to Uganda (USAID/Uganda) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing technical assistance to build the capacity and strengthen the processes of Government of Uganda (GOU) ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs), and industry apex organizations, to drive inclusive agriculture-led economic growth as described in the attached Request for Proposal.
