Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is responsible for providing education to over 67,000 dependents of military and civilian employees across 161 schools worldwide. The agency's mission includes delivering high-quality education that compares favorably to high-performing U.S. public school systems.

For the school year 2024-25, DoDEA aims to enhance its curriculum by integrating robotics education through participation in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Robotics Competition. This initiative requires updated hardware and software resources to ensure students can compete effectively and develop essential 21st-century skills.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide comprehensive support for FTC Education Robotics, which includes:
1. **Tetrix Education Robotics Sets and Parts**: Access to the entire catalog of TETRIX components for schools to order as needed.
2. **Simulation Resources**: Required software licensing for each hardware platform, provided in cloud form where possible, along with digital install files when cloud-based options are unavailable. Access codes for registration must be provided upon receipt of a delivery order.
3. **Training**: Virtual training sessions on the use of hardware and software resources.
4. **Delivery**: All necessary labor, transportation, supervision, and materials must be included to deliver Tetrix resources effectively.

Period of Performance
The contract is intended for the school year 2024-25.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various DoDEA schools located in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific.
