The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B51326Q00000009, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE- BREAD. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $15,000.00. Awards that are over $15,000.00 will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 27, 2026, and will be posted to Contract Opportunities found from website: https://sam.gov Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Each offeror is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications at the time of quotation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 5, 2026. Faith-based organizations and Community-based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
