Background
The solicitation is a sources sought notice for water treatment services at Fort Yuma Health Care Center. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is giving priority to purchases by utilizing ISBEE set-aside to the maximum extent possible, in compliance with the Buy Indian Act. The contract aims to support responsible IEE/ISBEE(s) and prevent circumvention or abuse of the Buy Indian Act.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide water treatment services for monthly and yearly maintenance at Fort Yuma Health Care Center. Interested firms are requested to respond in writing with specific details including company name, point of contact, FSS/SEWP contract number, DUNS number or SAM Unique Entity Identifier Number, tax ID number, indication of business category (IEE or ISBEE), and a capability statement addressing qualifications and ability to provide the requirement.
Additionally, interested and qualified vendors must complete the IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form and identify the Federally Recognized Indian Tribe or Alaska Native Corporation upon which the offeror relies for its IEE status.
