  2. The proposal due date remains unchanged as proposals are due by 5:00PM PDT on 27 April 2023
    1. Pursuant to provision L.10. Inquiries in Section L, Inquiries or questions received after this 21 April 2023will be answered at the Governments discretion.
  3. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of any and all amendments by number and all amendments by number and date on their cover letter in their offeror or by submitting a signed copy of the SF30. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
