Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Leonard Wood anticipates awarding a 8(a) competitive set aside competitive construction Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Fort Sill Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Oklahoma. This Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) JOC will be used to provide a broad range of maintenance, repair, new, and minor construction work, projects on real property to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Sill and Lawton Oklahoma US Army assets. The anticipated period of performance will be a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated solicitation posting date will be on or about 27 May 2021. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which a small business size standard is $36.5M. This requirement will be a 8(a) Competitive set-aside. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation will be obtainable via https://beta.SAM.gov.
