01 April 2021: The purpose of Amendment 07 is to update the solicitation, provide updated documents, Attachement H Staffing Matrix (22 Mar 2021) and provide responses to Q&A dated (1 Apr 2021). Amendment 07 will also extend the Offer Due Date and Time specified in the solicitation from 09 April 2021, 1200PM CT TO: 12 April 2021, 1000 AM CT.

30 March 2021: The purpose of Amendment 06 is to extend the Offer Due Date and Time in the solicitation from 05 April 2021 2021, 1200PM CT TO: 09 April 2021, 1400 PM CT.

09 March 2021: The purpose of Amendment 05 is to update the solicitation, provide updated documents, PWS (25Feb2021), updated Attachment F Workload Data Capabilities (2 March 2021, updated Attachment H Staffing Matrix (8 Mar2021), updated Attachment G Pricing Matrix (2 Mar2021) . All Technical Questions are due No Later Than (NLT) 17 March 2021, 12:00 PM CST Amendment 05 will also extend the Offer Due Date and Time specified in the solicitation FROM 19 February 2021, 1200PM CT TO: 05 April 2021, 1200 PM CT.

11 February 2021: The purpose of Amendment 04 is to provide updated Question and Answers (Highlighted). Amendment 04 does not extend the Offer due Date and Time from 19 February 2021 1200PM CT.

05 February 2021: The purpose of Amendment 03 is to provide response to questions received, update PWS, CBA, Attachment B and Attachment F. Amendment 03 will also extend the Offer Due Date and Time specified in the soliciatation from 12 February 2021, 1200PM CT to 19 February 2021, 120PM CT.

25 January 2021: The purpose of Amendment 02 is to extend the Offer Due Date and Time specified in the solicitation from 29 January 2021, 12:00 AM CT, to 12 February 2021, 12:00 PM CT to allow the Government ample time to respond to questions received. No other actions are taken at this time.

12 January 2021: Amendment 01 is to extend the Offer Due Date and Time specified in the solicitation from 19 January 2021, 12:00 AM CT, to 29 January 2021, 12:00 PM CT to allow the Government ample time to respond to questions received. No other actions are taken at this time.

Proposal Due Date: 19 January 2021, 12:00 PM Central Time. Email proposals to the contracting officer and

with the Solicitation instructions.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) Contracting Center, on

behalf of the Fort Lee Logistics Readiness Center, in support of the U.S. Army Fort Lee, VA, has a

requirement for Full Food Services (FFS). The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except

Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The procurement is set-aside for eligible Small Businesses under the North American Industry Classification

System (NAICS) code 722310, Food Serivce Contractors, with a size standard of $41.5 million with a

provision that the requirement is subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act (R-SA) and gives preference to the

State Licensig Agency (SLA).

responsible for checking the website for updates/amendments to any and all documents. Interested parties
