Ft. Jackson, South Carolina- Mini Mall Image Update Part B

Background
The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is seeking proposals for the Ft. Jackson Mini Mall Image Update Part B project in South Carolina. The project involves renovating 62,610 SF within the Ft Jackson Mini Mall (Bldg. #4712). The work will be phased and conducted within an active, operating facility.

Work Details
The scope of work includes various construction tasks such as redesign, development, or operation of a system of records on individuals, subcontracting/outsourcing customer data outside CONUS, advertisements representing products purchased under the contract, personal identity verification of contractor personnel, combating trafficking in persons, affirmative action to ensure equal employment opportunity, fire protection measures, and compliance with NDAA 2019 Section 889 and Section 333 of the William M. (Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021.

Period of Performance
The construction period will be 371 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Ft. Jackson in South Carolina.
