Background
The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is issuing this contract for the conversion of an existing Boston Market to a Panera Bread at Ft. Bliss, Texas. The project aims to enhance food service options at Freedom Crossing, aligning with AAFES's mission to provide quality services to military personnel and their families.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:

1. Selective demolition to remove existing brand wall finishes, equipment, flooring, and ceilings.

2. Installation of new tile flooring and wall base.

3. Construction of new framed walls for revised spatial configuration.

4. Painting of walls and gypsum board soffits.

5. Installation of new AAFES provided equipment for Panera Bread.

6. Construction of a new walk-in freezer.

7. Plumbing work including sanitary systems.

8. Installation of HVAC ductwork and diffusers.

9. Electrical power and lighting installation.

10. Modification of fire sprinkler head locations as required.
