Background
The Defense Health Agency - Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE) is seeking Initial Outfitting and Transition Services for the FY22 Design-Build Veterinary Treatment Facility Replacement at Fort Belvoir, VA.

The goal of this contract is to provide essential personal property furniture and fixtures, equipment, communication systems including facility-related control systems, and transition services necessary for the operation of the new veterinary clinic.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering the following items:

- Personal Property Furniture and Fixtures (FF)
- Equipment (E)
- Communication Systems (CS), including Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS).

Specific requirements include detailed product specifications such as dimensions, power, data, utilities, and all options/accessories that will be provided. The contractor must ensure that at least 50% of the supply contract value is composed of items supplied by a domestic small manufacturer or processor. The submission must include cut sheets or detailed product specifications for every proposed commodity described in the Bid Schedule.

The services and products will be delivered to Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
