Background
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Troop Support intends to enter into an indefinite quantity contract(s) (IQC) with a commercial firm(s) to supply a full-line of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Grade Number 1 or better quality fresh fruits and vegetables (FF&V) and Shell Eggs products to Department of Defense (DoD, or Troop) and USDA (School) customers in the North and South Dakota Zone including the following states; North Dakota and South Dakota.

Work Details
The contract requires sourcing, purchasing, storing, and delivering a variety of FF&V items to DLA Troop Support customers while maintaining acceptable fill rates, levels of customer service, and product quality. The zone is comprised of six groups in the North and South Dakota Zone. The solicitation utilizes the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process with one 24-month base and two 18-month tier periods.
The estimated dollar value for Tier 1 is provided along with the overall 5-year period, the 10% guaranteed minimum, and 300% contract maximum values. The contract will not exceed 5 years commencing on the effective date of the contract.
