Fresh Bread & Bakery Goods for St Cloud VAMC

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for fresh bread and bakery goods to support the St. Cloud VA Healthcare System. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality bakery products that meet the dietary needs of veterans receiving care at the facility. This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, prepared in accordance with applicable regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying various bread and bakery products as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation includes an ordering period spanning five years, with specific periods outlined as follows:
- Ordering Period 1: 10/01/2026 - 09/30/2027
- Ordering Period 2: 10/01/2027 - 09/30/2028
- Ordering Period 3: 10/01/2028 - 09/30/2029
- Ordering Period 4: 10/01/2029 - 09/30/2030
- Ordering Period 5: 10/01/2030 - 09/30/2031
This contract is a Total Small Business Set-aside.
