Description

This notice is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 for the award of Contract W90BRJ-22-C-0003. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement.

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) awards a Sole Source Contract W90BRJ-22-C-0003 to Vinnell Arabia Company for the performance of Freight Forwarding Storage in support of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of the National Guard (MNG). The Contractor shall support MNG by providing material consolidation and storage services.

Contract W90BRJ-22-C-0003 is a hybrid firm fixed price and cost plus fixed fee contract and was not awarded competitively.

The period of performance fo rthis contract is a six (6) month base period, with one (1) six (6) month option period. The contract also includes a six-month option to extend services IAW FAR 52.217-8.

Periods of Performance are as follows:

Base Period: 01 January 2022 - 30 June 2022

Option Period 1: 01 July 2022 - 31 December 2022

FAR 52.217-8 Option: 01 January 2023 - 30 June 2023
