Amendment 0001 to the solicitation has been issued. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all SF-30s, acknowledging each amendment, and including all signed SF-30s in Volume 1 - Price Quotation.

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the establishment of a single award firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the integrated planning and execution of U.S. 250th Anniversary ("Freedom 250") public events and outreach activities in South Korea, in support of U.S. Embassy Seoul.

Background
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a single-award firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) aimed at establishing integrated planning and execution of public events and outreach activities in South Korea, specifically in support of the U.S. Embassy Seoul for the 250th Anniversary of the United States, referred to as 'Freedom 250'.

5. Submitting a comprehensive Plan of Action detailing execution strategies for events under the BPA.

Period of Performance
The BPA will have a total ordering period of 12 months from June 2026 through May 2027, with anticipated requirements primarily occurring between June 2026 and December 2026.

Place of Performance
Performance will primarily occur in Seoul and other locations in the Republic of Korea as identified in funded BPA calls.
