Background
The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group intends to procure, replace, upgrade, and repair overhead electric traveling hoists and associated systems for the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) located at Naval Air Station North Island, CA.

The FRCSW is a major depot-level maintenance center responsible for reworking, repairing, and overhauling various aircraft and components. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and safety of the C2 and C3 hoists used in maintenance operations.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a range of tasks including:
1. Analysis and Design of the C2 & C3 Hoists (SOW para. 4.0).
2. Removal of the existing C2 Hoist (SOW para. 4.1.2).
3. Installation of a new C2 Hoist (SOW para. 4.1.3).
4. Inspection and Acceptance of the C2 Hoist (SOW para. 5.0).
5. Removal of the existing C3 Hoist (SOW para. 4.1.2).
6. Installation of a new C3 Hoist (SOW para. 4.1.3.2).
7. Inspection and Acceptance of the C3 Hoist (SOW para. 5.0).
8. Provision of Technical Data (FFP).
9. Providing commercial warranties for both C2 and C3 Hoists as per SOW Paragraph 7.0.
10. Management of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP).

The contractor must comply with safety regulations, provide necessary tools and equipment, ensure proper handling during installation, and maintain communication with the Technical Point of Contact throughout the project.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period that includes specific delivery dates ranging from approximately 90 days to 270 days after contract award for various tasks related to the hoists, with some warranty periods extending up to one year post-installation.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest located at Naval Air Station North Island in San Diego, California.
