Solicitation number 15BBNF26Q00000034 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, intends to issue a solicitation for the supply and delivery of:

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FPC Bryan, is seeking a responsible vendor to provide one Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller for in-house replacement of the existing unit serving the Food Service Department. This requirement is supply-only and the contractor shall furnish all equipment and materials to replace the existing system with the new system in accordance with the Statement of Work. The proposed unit must be submitted with the full product detail sheets and specifications that are equal or equivalent to the requested specifications. All materials must meet applicable industry standards and comply with relevant environmental, safety, and quality requirements. Vendors must complete and return the attached SF-1449 with their quotation.

Place of performance is the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan, TX, located at 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77803.

The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Government reserves the right to award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will follow the Lowest Price-Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, where price and technical acceptability will be evaluated equally.

The solicitation will be made available on or about March 3, 2026, and will be posted to the GPE website at www.sam.gov. All future information related to this acquisition, including any solicitation amendments and award notices, will also be disseminated through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation.

Registration in SAM: Each offeror must be registered in www.SAM.gov and must complete the necessary representations and certifications in SAM at the time of submitting their quotation

Quotation Deadline: The anticipated closing date for receipt of quotations is March 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time

Payment Terms: Payment will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in accordance with 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer- System for Award Management.

Additional Requirements: Offerors must include a specification sheet and any submittal information about the products offered in their quotation. Faxed and hand-delivered quotes will not be accepted. Any questions regarding the solicitation may be submitted in writing via email to lwindham@bop.gov.
