This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05, Effective: 7 September 2023; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, Effective 17 August 2023; and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, DAFAC 2023-0707, Effective 7 July 2023.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339999, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 4230. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 550 employees. This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR 8.004(b) Commercial sources in the open market, FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable.
