See attached W9124G21R0001 Gunnery Range RFP, Attachment 1 Technical Exhibits (TE), Attachment 2 Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), Attachment 3 Pricing Workbook, and Attachment 4 Service Contract Act WD 2015-4631 May 03 2020.

Amenndment 1: This amendment is to correct clerical error by changing the set-aside to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. See attachment: W9124G21R0001 Gunnery Range RFP Amendment 1

Amenndment 2: The Site Visit scheduled on 18 and 19 Nov 2020 is hereby canceled and the Site Visit instructions hereby removed from the RFP. Additionally "52.237-1 Site Visit" is hereby removed from the RFP. See attachment: W9124G21R0001 Gunnery Range RFP Amendment 2

Amenndment 3: This amendment is to add Attachment 5 Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) and Cover Letter. See attachment: W9124G21R0001 Gunnery Range RFP Amendment 3 and Attachment 5 Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) and Cover Letter. The Offer Due Date is extended to 12:00 PM 11 Dec 2020.

Amenndment 4: This amendment is to extend the Offer Due Date and the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) Due Date. See attachments: W9124G21R0001 Gunnery Range RFP Amendment 4 and Attachment 5 Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) and Cover Letter dated 8 Dec 20. The Offer Due Date and the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) is extended to 12:00 PM 22 Dec 2020.

Amenndment 5: This amendment is to extend the Offer Due Date and the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) Due Date. Amendment 8: This amendment removes clause 252.222-7999 (DEVIATION 2021-O0001) (NOV 2020), the statement that "All monetary extensions shall be in whole dollars only" has been removed from para 4.1 of the Instructions to offerors, and provides answers to additional questions from potential offerors. See attachments: W9124G21R0001 Gunnery Range RFP Amendment 8, Gunnery Fort Rucker RFP QA 2020 Set 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
