Fort Riley Scrap Disposal/Roll-off Containers   2

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLA DS) is a Major Subordinate Command (MSC) of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) with the primary responsibility of disposing of and reutilizing Department of Defense (DoD) excess and surplus property generated by the military services. DLA DS Riley requires the removal and compliant disposal of unserviceable scrap that includes wood, textiles, broken furniture, pallets, plastic, plastic containers, and plastic chairs. This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide and maintain two (2) 40 cubic yard uncovered roll-off containers with continuous accessibility at DLA DS Riley, Building 1950, L Street, Fort Riley, KS 66442 within two (2) business days of award of the contract. The roll-off containers shall be utilized for scrap wood and textiles/plastics. The Contractor shall schedule and transport the roll-offs containing either Wood or Textile/Plastic scrap after notification that the roll-offs are ready for pickup.
The service to be performed under this contract shall be performed during normal USG business days from Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 P.M., excluding regular Federal holidays. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures.

Period of Performance
This is a firm-fixed price contract which consists of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month options. The total contract length shall not exceed five (5) years.
