Description

Fort Riley is seeking system maintenance services for LENEL magnetic locking system for three (3) buildings on Fort Riley. The potential vendors must be familiar with and able to provide the necessary system maintenance and software updates as provided in the RFP and PWS. Please see the attached RFP and other documents for further details.

The Contractor shall provide the installation and services of a Magnetic Door Locking system using LENEL OnGuard software on Building 210, Building 253, and Building 500 in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above). The contractor shall install nine (9) secure electronic locks on Building 210 with an active PIN pad that has a separate and distinct access control system operating independently that will allow the facility managers to control and monitor access of personnel, locking, unlocking of all access points that are either timed to be open / unlocked or continuously locked to be opened via a keypad code entry to those with authorized access. The contractor shall install five (5) secure electronic locks on Building 253 with an active PIN pad that has a separate and distinct access control system operating independently that will allow the facility managers to control and monitor access of personnel, locking, unlocking of all access points that are either timed to be open / unlocked or continuously locked to be opened via a keypad code entry to those with authorized access. Building 253 also requires one (1) storeroom lock that does not require PIN pad or CAC reader. Further detail is provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this announcement (Attachment 2).

NOTE: Please pay close attention to PWS Part 5, Para 5.1 stating the following: The Contractor will respond to service site calls in-person regarding failure of the system within two (2) hours from the time of notification for the failure.

Background
Fort Riley USAG is seeking to enhance security measures through the installation and maintenance of Lenel OnGuard software Door Locking systems in buildings 210, 253, and 500. The goal of this contract is to ensure these systems are maintained effectively, providing necessary preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide installation and services for a Magnetic Door Locking system using LENEL OnGuard software across three buildings. Specific tasks include:
- Installation of nine (9) secure electronic locks on Building 210 with an active PIN pad for access control.
- Installation of five (5) secure electronic locks on Building 253, also with an active PIN pad, plus one (1) storeroom lock that does not require a PIN pad or CAC reader.
- The contractor must respond to service calls regarding system failures within two (2) hours of notification.
- Maintenance services will include preventative measures and a 24-hour repair window for service calls. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary to maintain the existing door locking systems.
