Description

THIS RFP WILL BE COMPETED AMONGST ONLY THOSE OFFERORS THAT HOLD AN ENHANCED ARMY GLOBAL LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE (EAGLE) BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA) BY THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS RFP. This RFP is a small business set-aside and will be competed among those Offerors that hold an EAGLE Program BOA who can certify small business status under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561210 by the closing date of this RFP.

The U.S. Army Fort Riley, KS has a requirement for logistics support services, including maintenance, supply, and transportation support.

Background
The U.S. Army Fort Riley, KS has a requirement for logistics support services, including maintenance, supply, and transportation support. This RFP is a small business set-aside and will be competed among those Offerors that hold an EAGLE Program BOA who can certify small business status under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561210 by the closing date of this RFP.

Work Details
The SOW includes tasks such as transition-in and transition-out plans, providing a Project Manager throughout the period of performance,
formulating and implementing a quality control program,
compliance with environmental laws and regulations,
utilization of biobased products,
safety and occupational health program implementation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this effort will commence from Notice to Proceed (NTP) and continue until the full operational capability (FOC) date as issued by the KO.
