Fort Riley Custodial Services:

The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Riley, Kansas has a requirement to provide custodial services to the installation of Fort Riley. Fort Riley is home for the 1st Infantry Division The Big Red One and located in Geary and Riley Counties in northeast Kansas. The military installation consists of approximately 100,000 acres and 2,000 buildings. DPW's mission is to manage and operate all Fort Riley facilities, infrastructure, natural and cultural resources required to support Army readiness, sustain the All- Volunteer Force and current/future mission requirements. The purpose of this acquisition is to support Fort Bliss and surrounding areas with custodial services.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform custodial services at Fort Riley. The goal is to support the Fort Riley mission by providing a clean, healthy environment for occupants, users and visitors to facilities identified to receive custodial services. The contract will provide custodial service in approximately 119 buildings encompassing a little more than 1 million square feet of floor area including 8 child and youth development facilities, 70 administrative facilities, 12 high use administrative and community facilities, 13 training and education facilities, and 16 other facilities including the 1st Infantry Division Headquarters, the US Army Garrison Headquarters, and the 10th Area Support Operations Squadron Headquarters. Another four buildings will be added to the contract following completion of their renovations. Detailed facilities location maps showing specific building locations will be provided following contract award.

Purpose: The Purpose of this amendment is to address the following:
